*FINE ART FABRICS:
My designer Fine Art Fabrics are printed specially to order using exceptional quality and eco-friendly processes via my international supplier. Custom print-to-order fabrics are designed using my original artworks in a mirror repeat pattern. Each yard will exhibit the design approximately twice widthways. Please choose carefully as fabrics are printed to order for every customer.

Shipping notes: Fabrics are custom printed to order, as a result, please allow approximately 6 weeks for postage within Australia and up to 8 weeks internationally to receive your order.
Payment
* All purchases are made available using secure Paypal. Australian customers may also choose to pay via direct deposit - please email me first for details.
* If you don't have a PayPal account, don't sweat it ... it's still possible to pay with a credit card! (...and you thought you'd found a good excuse to leave your favourite item behind?! Ha!) To pay by credit card, choose the 'Paypal' payment option then follow the link for 'pay by credit card'.
* Most orders will be filled and shipped within 3 days of payment unless stated otherwise in the postage + item specifics above.
* Any international custom taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping
* All orders are created, wrapped and shipped from Brisbane, Australia straight to your door.
* Shipping costs are calculated according to weight
* Please read above for estimated delivery times depending on the items purchased. Print-to-order items, such as Canvas Prints and Designer Art Fabrics may take between 6-8 weeks to be received.
Refunds and Exchanges
* I work meticulously on my artworks using only the best quality materials and suppliers, so your item will easily stand the test of time.
If, however you need to return an item for a refund, please contact me immediately, or within 7 days of receipt of your item.
* All items are packaged and sent out in perfect condition, and so they must be returned in the same condition you receive them within two weeks of contacting me.
* Please choose carefully, requests for exchanges will not be accepted for change of mind.
* Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, and shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Additional Policies and FAQs
* Although every endeavour has been taken to colour match photographs with the original items, your view may appear slightly different to the actual items, due to subtle differences in your computer screen appearance (although we think diversity is a good thing!). So please be prepared for subtle variations.
